台灣艾迪化學股份有限公司由劉嘉榮先生創立。〝艾迪〞命名由來乃是由英文添加劑Additive的諧音而來。劉嘉榮先生因長期在化工業界服務，接觸了許多如界面活性劑、樹脂、塗料……等各行各業的添加劑。 有感於添加劑對每個行業的重要性，並施展個人所學為化工業界盡一份心力，遂於1992年10月12日建立台灣艾迪化學股份公司（TAIWAN ADDITIVE CHEMICAL CO.,LTD.）。

近年來在食、衣、住、行都非常講究的今天，台灣艾迪除添加劑的業務外，在〝衣〞這方面做了許多努力，積極往矽利康塗佈（Silicone coating）發展。更於2004年起與道康寧（Dow Corning公司）一起合作開發矽利康印花（Silicone Screen Printing），經過12年的努力，目前且已發展出多項非常好的印花產品。我們的矽膠印花原料，是採用環保食品級矽膠原料，無溶劑，具有優良的延展性，耐磨性，手感柔軟，堅牢度，耐水解，抗曲折，品質穩定，在-60〜200℃環境下仍可保持其原材料品質，可適應極端耐候性，具有獨特的耐候性以適應氣候變化，仍然可以保持高品質和質感。其優異的環保優勢-完全無毒，無味，無溶劑，無害，無污染，矽膠印花可用於多樣化的織物設計以及各種裝飾或功能用途。其不僅時尚、創新，並具高質量、高環保與高功能性等特色，而且不僅能手工生產，也可以用機器量產。本公司硅膠印花原料（硅膠與色膏）已銷售到台灣、大陸、印尼、越南、柬埔寨、約旦、泰國…等多個國家，並已獲世界各大品牌的肯定與使用。

TAIWAN ADDITIVE CHEMICALS CO., LTD. is founded by Mr. Chia-Rong Liu. After graduation from university, Mr. Liu spent a great deal of effort in not only market development but also technical services in the chemical additives industry.  Hoping to dedicate his professional skill and technical background to the chemical industry, he established this company, TAIWAN ADDITIVE CHEMICALS CO., LTD. in 1992.

In recent years, everything from food to style industry demands huge amount of attention globally.  Taiwan Additive Chemicals, apart from chemical additives, had put in years of effort to provide an unique printing methodology of silicone-based coating in screen printing of clothing industry. In 2004, collaborating with Dow Corning, we started a development project dedicating to both technique and application of clothing silicone screen printing technology. Over 12 years development, Taiwan Additive Chemicals Co., Ltd. has achieved successful proficiency in various techniques and the applications for Silicone Screen Printing. Solvent-free silicone screen printing is environmental friendly food grade silicone raw materials. They are solvent-free, and provide excellent ductility, abrasion resistance, soft smooth feeling, and fastness. They are resistant to hydrolysis and distortion (stable at -60～200 ℃). They are also resistant to extreme weather resistance and able to adapt climate change while maintaining high quality and texture. Excellent environmental advantages include complete non-toxic, odorless, solvent-free, harmless, and non-polluting. Silicone screen printing can be used for diversified fabric design as well as a variety of decorative or functional uses.
